Booking Information
Our hunts are booked on a first-come, first-pay basis. Reservations require
a 50% deposit on the total price of the 3 day hunt. We accept all major
credit cards. Any balances are due upon arrival and trophy fees are due
before leaving. Payment for balances or trophies can be cash, travelers
checks, cashier’s check or credit card. Sorry no checks are accepted
as final payment.
Deposits are nonrefundable unless a hunter or party can be replaced by
the booking party at full price. If a cancellation notice is given 30
days before the scheduled hunt dates, the deposit can be transferred to
other open dates. Please plan your hunts carefully.
We guarantee successful hunts – meaning that if you for some reason
do not harvest an animal, you are only responsible for the access fees
that covered your hunt. However, should a hunter wound an animal or a
guide observe a hit, the injured animal counts as a kill and the trophy
fee is due in full regardless of whether it is recovered in the field
or not. Las Lajas guides will do everything possible to recover your injured
animal. For this reason, a sight-in session at the ranch is recommended
for all guns and bows to ensure the accuracy of your weapon after transport.
Safety Rules and Conditions
For the safety and enjoyment of our guests and guides, Las Lajas has some
simple, common sense Rules that must be read by and agreed to by all hunters.
All guests must also sign and submit a Las Lajas Liability Agreement.
Both documents will be provided with your reservation confirmation.
